Empty one stick into a glass or shaker. Add 250–350 ml of cold or room-temperature water. Stir or shake for 10–15 seconds and drink.
Best timing: morning, with or after breakfast — the fat-soluble vitamins (D3, E, beta-carotene, lutein) and CoQ10 absorb best with a meal containing some fat. Avoid hot water. Take it at the same time each day.
